How do we do it?

The exact steps we take, from the first competitor audit to the months after launch.

The process

This is how we do it, so you knowexactly what you're paying for.

01

Research

We study your market before we design anything.

We do the competitor research ourselves: who's actually winning customers in your industry, what's working on their sites, and what's supporting or hurting yours. The design starts from what we find, not a guess.

02

Kickoff

One call to lock how it looks and what it has to do.

We bring what we found in the research, you bring your brand, voice, and goals, and in one call we lock the direction. From there the site has one job we both agreed on, and it has to look like something you're proud to send people to.

Taylor Paige

I landed a $7000 job this morning because of the website. I didn't even advertise it.

Design

Every section earns the next scroll.

Our lead designer comes from UI/UX, and she pressure-tests every decision: where it sits, how it moves, and what the page actually gains from it. Most local and established businesses get template work. We bring them the kind of design that usually only big companies get.

Build & launch

Built in Next.js and GSAP. A 95+ speed score on nearly every site, never below 90.

We handle all the technical SEO, so you show up when someone searches your name or your niche locally. And the switch, the part most owners worry about, is painless: no downtime, nothing breaks for your customers, and we handle the whole cutover while you do nothing. We're on call all of launch day if anything needs a fix.

After 5 years in real estate, this is the first website I'm actually proud to share with clients.

Post-launch support

Once you're live, the whole site is on us.

We don't disappear after launch. We watch the site in the background, no reminders to manage on your end, and we only reach out when there's an update actually worth making. If it's ever not pulling its weight, we audit it together and figure out the fix.

AI search

We build sites that Claude recommends by name.

More buyers now start in Claude and ChatGPT than Google. They only recommend sites they can actually read, so we build every page to be read, understood, and recommended.

We rebuilt Innovative Aluminum this way. Two weeks after launch, Claude was recommending them by name.

FAQ

The questions we hear most.

Anywhere from about a week to a month, depending on scope. A focused site can be live in a week. Bigger builds with more pages, a custom CMS, or multiple languages run closer to a month. Either way, we give you a real timeline before any money changes hands.

It depends on scope, but every project includes the same baseline: a custom site built in Next.js, design from scratch, full technical SEO, and post-launch support. No template tiers and no surprise upcharges. Book a call and we'll quote against your actual goals.

No. We're based in Surrey BC, and some of our work is local, but most of our clients are remote, across Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, the rest of Canada, and the US. The process is the same either way, and most of it runs over calls and email.

We watch the site in the background, bring you updates when they're actually worth making, and audit it if it ever stops pulling its weight. It's hands-off for you and built to keep the site improving over time. It's optional, month to month, and easy to step away from whenever you want.

Because it's a different specialty, and we'd rather be honest than overpromise. We set up all the technical SEO at launch, so you show up when people search your name or your niche locally. Ongoing content, link building, and competing for the most contested keywords is full-time work, best handled by an SEO agency. We're happy to recommend good ones.

Yes. Most clients come to us with branding they want to keep, and we build around it, carrying your colours, type, and voice into the full site rather than starting over. If something in the brand is holding you back, we'll tell you, but we won't reinvent it for the sake of it.

Yes, completely. The code, the hosting account, and the domain are all yours. We don't build on a locked proprietary platform, so nothing is ever held hostage. If we stop working together, the site keeps running exactly as it is.

Let's build something worth sharing.
